Chef, cookbook author and slow food advocate Lisa Lemke is one of Sweden’s most influential voices in sustainable eating. This fall, she brings her passion and perspective to Nordic Organic Expo where she will moderate the Food Stage – guiding conversations that celebrate organic growth and sustainability.

The Nordic Organic Food Fair, now co-organised with The Good Food Fair, and the Natural Beauty & Health Show were a great success during their premiere in Stockholm. During two intensive days at Kistamässan on 9–10 October, retailers flocked to the stands for a lively community of well-known brands from all over the world. The fair welcomed 3,264 visitors over the two days.
